OUR CURRENT PROJECT
Alisco Garden is located at the beautiful Dhamrai Upazila of Dhaka that is only 40kms northwest from Dhaka City Center. The site is right next to Aricha Road (550m away), distant enough to be away from the highway/road noise but close enough to be convenient in getting to the highway. It’s also located right next to the beautiful Dhaleshwari/Bongshi river (150m away). The project location is perfect for peaceful, safe, healthy, sophisticated, gated residential living. The project will also have commercial facilities like grocery stores, doctor’s officers, and other convenience features to assist you in living conveniently.
Alisco Garden is a unique project whereby we are both the landowners and the developers. This arrangement has given us the advantage of being able to offer you lots of open space, greenery, playground, gym, swimming pool etc. at a very reasonable price. We could have easily planned to build 200 apartments on this project site but instead we have decided to give something unique back to the community. We wanted to make sure this is a special project in all of Dhaka that will give you, the general people of Bangladesh, a chance to own a home with facilities that are not even available in some of the most posh areas of Dhaka city.
